Article 11 Trust and Netpol are Recruiting a Book Keeper

The Article 11 Trust and Netpol are looking for a Book Keeper. We are looking for someone who is committed to our objectives, with experience of financial book keeping.

For this role you’ll need experience with accounts packages (preferable Xero) and be comfortable accessing and importing data from PayPal.

We estimate this role, including attending meetings, will take 2 hours/week, 8 hours per month. This time will be split into 4 hours each per month between the Article 11 Trust and Netpol.

This is a paid role at a rate of £28.50/ hour, on a monthly basis. For the first month there may be up to 24 hours of work as you get your head round our finances and create new processes. Netpol will administer payments to the contractor who is appointed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reconciling income and expenditure against budget headings using the accounts package Xero.
  • Accessing and importing data from our bank account and PayPal into Xero.
  • Liaising with the key finance lead in both the Article 11 Trust and Netpol.
  • Making payments for the Article 11 Trust.
